How do I get a step by step method to upload products?    

You can check the step-by-step method through the Onboarding deck that was sent through email.

How do I add new products?    

Go to Products > Add a Product > Fill out the necessary fields and add images then click "Submit and Finish

How do I add new products in bulk?    

Download a "Product Creation Template" (Product creation by category) and fill out the necessary fields.

Go to Products > Import Products > select the category > download the template > fill out the template > upload the template.

If there are errors on the uploaded template, Seller Center would indicate which fields have an error. Please make the necessary adjustments on the file before re-uploading.

How can I add a new Brand?    

You will have to reach out to your Account Manager for additional brands.

I uploaded my products on Seller Center, but they are not showing on the website.    

These may still be under review. It usually takes our team 3-5 business days to review newly created products (with images) before these are approved / rejected.

The content of my products are not showing.

How long does it take for my New/Updated products to be listed on ZALORA website?    Once you create a product (with images), it usually takes 3-5 business days before it would appear on the website.

What is the minimum requirement for my boutique to be lived onsite?    

You should have products created in your Seller Center account that have been approved by our Quality Control team.

For New Seller Center accounts there will be an additional 4 business days to complete our back end set up. Please inform us once you've already created products on Seller Center and these have already been approved by our team so we could begin our backend setup.

What happens if I do not have at least 20 approved SKUs?    

Unfortunately, your account will be deactivated after 30 days if it is still not live on the website. You will need to contact us via the Contact Form to reactivate your account

Your account will be removed from the Seller Center system if it is deactivated for 3 months.
