How long is the training?

The training will take 2 hours and the training will cover 3 Main Parts:

  1. Product Upload and Content Management
    • Product Details
    • Stock and Price Update
    • Single and Batch Uploading
  2. General Images Requirement
    • Images that are allowed on the website
    • How to crop and resize images
    • How to upload images on Seller Center
  3. Order Processing
    • Generate Delivery Receipt, Returns Slip and Shipping Labels
    • To understand the different payment method of order processing and their 3PL provider.

 

What shall I prepare before coming to the training session?

You need to bring along your laptop and your product list and able to access to the Login email of your Seller Center. Failure to bring the above mentioned items will most likely result on a re-onboarding.

Who should attend the training?

Person in charge who handles all the products upload on Seller Center, Logistic side who handle all the order fulfilment or Marketing or Merchandising side who handles the product stock & price update.
