We have revamped our Supplier Return Guidelines Form, where we base our quality checking procedure for all returned items, to ensure that we are able to capture all of your requirements as well. With this, may we ask for your full cooperation to fill out the Return Guidelines Form in order for us to take note of your “Do’s and Dont’s”
Failure to submit the form before April 12, 2019 means that you have agreed with ZALORA’s Standard Return Policy alone.
