Dear Valued Sellers:
Please refer to the few reminders below relative to the ongoing preparations for ZALORA’s biggest sale event, the 12/12 Online Fashion Fever.
1. Primary Contact Person for logistics and warehouse
ZALORA Vendor Management (VM) team would like to receive the list of emails and mobile numbers for your assigned Point of Contact (POCs) to be able to address immediate concerns received during 12/12. These concerns may vary from pick up schedules, volume of orders, and other pertinent matters that need immediate coordination between ZALORA logistics team and your warehouse office.
2. Pick up Scheduling for orders identified as “Ready to Ship”
Brands are given 24-hr order processing lead time with exemptions which only applies during weekends and Holidays. Three (3) failed attempts will mean order cancellation.
Please be guided that clicking the “Ready to Ship” button in Seller Center means that items are ready for pick up by ZALORA Logistics team.
3. Packaging Materials and order preparation reminders
Please order your packaging materials in this link to ensure you are well stocked during the peak season.
ITEM - color, size, design, quantity is correct
INVOICE - barcode must be readable and correct
MULTIPLE POUCHES – Use jack wrap for orders with multiple packages
DG / FRAGILE STICKERS - place stickers when applicable
4. Price and stock updates
Ensure all product updates are done by Dec 10 end of day to maximize sales during the 12/12 sale event.
