SOA: September 2019

Dear Valued Sellers,

We would like to thank you for your continued support over the past months. Please be informed that your SOA for September 2019 is already available in Seller Center under Reports > Account statements.

You may now download the file(s) under your account(s) and start reconciling the order statuses, charges and/or any other details indicated there. 

Kindly take note that you have five (5) business days to contact ZALORA for any inquiries related to the report.

The absence of any notification within the stated period will thereby be considered as an acceptance of the report's accuracy and finality. 

You may email Roxy Siervo at roxy.siervo@ph.zalora.com or raise ticket(s) via Seller Center contact form under "Finance - Statement of Account/Sales Report" indicating the shop name in your ticket subject.

The last day for SOA revision will be on October 21, 2019.

IMPORTANT: PEAK SALE REMINDER

Dear Valued Sellers,

As we gear up for the peak sale days 10.10, 11.11 and 12.12, we must endeavour to keep all of our customers happy and the control we mutually have over this is to ensure that all of our orders are shipped on time.  We would like to ask for your support in making sure pending orders are fulfilled on time.

Please be reminded of the following:

  1. Stock Update – Please ensure your stock levels are updated in Seller Center to avoid cancellations.
  2. Seller Supplies –  Kindly check your stocks for Zalora Pouches/Boxes because you might need to replenish them.
  3. Order Processing – We will strictly impose penalties for orders cancelled due to delay in processing and out of stock issues.

Note: If you will NOT be able to process orders, kindly turn on the Holiday Mode in Seller Center to prevent penalties.

If the minimum order processing requirement is not met, we will be reaching out to you and we also kindly ask you to reach out in case you foresee any issues on your end. You may communicate with us through Seller Help Desk.

We cannot take any risk on customer experience especially during peak trading periods.  We are delighted with the sales that we can achieve but please let’s keep our mutual customers happy.

IMPORTANT: Statement of Account

Dear Valued Sellers:

This is to inform you that effective October 2019, you will no longer be receiving manual Statement of Accounts (SOAs) via email.

SOAs can now be accessed in your Seller Center account under Reports -> Account Statements every 10th of the month.

Statement-of-Account

Should there be concerns regarding the SOA, please notify us via Seller Help Desk following the standard lead time for disputes (within 5 business days). ZALORA will not be obliged to address any queries after the end of the five (5) business days else SOA is considered accepted and final.

ACTION NEEDED: Kindly ensure your bank details stipulated in the Bank Account section of your Seller Center profile are accurately updated. Incorrect details or invalid bank accounts may result in delayed payment. Whenever necessary, a copy of your passbook or ATM card (front & back) may be requested to ensure validity of the account.

Cancellation Charges in Ready to Ship Status

Dear Valued Sellers:

This is to inform you that ZALORA will no longer process requests for manual cancellation of orders in Ready to Ship status effective immediately.

Please be reminded to ONLY process orders in "Ready to Ship" status if the items are already packed and ready for pick up.

Otherwise, any cancellation request in "Ready to Ship" status will lead to automatic P300 penalty.

New Feature Released: Product Filters

New Feature Released: Product Filters

We are excited to announce that the Product Filters feature is now available on Seller Center! Sellers are able to assign relevant themes to SKUs and it is expected to help sellers manage their products better and boost sales as it improves customers' shopping experiences.


How does it help to boost sales?

It increases the probability of customers purchasing your items as it allows convenient browsing of different product groups available when they are shopping for a particular item that you are selling. Customers now have more of a roadmap to find the products they need.

What is Content Score?

Content Score is a Seller Center development that automatically measures the quality of a product’s content, created on Seller Center using predetermined parameters set based on the recommended Product Content Guidelines per category in order to encourage & ensure customers have access to quality content on all products.

New Returns Guidelines

Hi Zalora Partners,

 

Greetings!

 

ZALORA is becoming bigger and bigger each year, and we are always striving to improve our processes.

 

Aside from ZALORA's Return Policy and standard requirements (as seen on the image below), we still want to get every brand’s opinion.

We have revamped our Supplier Return Guidelines Form, where we base our quality checking procedure for all returned items, to ensure that we are able to capture all of your requirements as well. With this, may we ask for your full cooperation to fill out the Return Guidelines Form in order for us to take note of your “Do’s and Dont’s

 

Failure to submit the form before April 12, 2019 means that you have agreed with ZALORA’s Standard Return Policy alone.

Rest assured that we are in continuous efforts to improve our system so that we can provide not only a satisfactory customer experience but also seller experience!
