What is the general requirement for ZALORA product image?
ZALORA images should be:
- 762 x 1100 pixels
- 300 dpi
- less than 2mb
- white to light gray background
- focused on the product (no watermarks or other details)
How do I add, delete or modify the product images?
You can add, delete, or modify images through Products > Manage Images
Why were my images rejected?
Each rejected item will have a rejection reason. You can check the rejection reason through Products > Manage Products > click on the "Rejected" tab and you will find comments on the rejection.
How can I add/change my banner and logo?
Logo is no longer required.
For the banner, please submit via the contact us form in Seller Center using this measurement: [786px (Width) x 180px (Height)]
Why am I not allowed to use product images with my own ideal background?
ZALORA aims to provide customers with a uniform listing of products. Posting images that do not follow ZALORA Guidelines will be rejected.
Is it necessary to have my images in the size 762 x 1100 pixels? I have an image with good resolution but it is not of 762 x 1100 pixels. What should I do?
You can adjust your image on Seller Center by zooming in or zooming out of the image. It will automatically be resized to 762 x 1100 pixels.
