How long does it take for my product to be listed on ZALORA website?    

 

It usually takes our team 3-5 business days to review products to be listed on the website.

 

Where can I find the reason my product is rejected by ZALORA Quality Control?    

 

Each rejected item will have a rejection reason. You can check the rejection reason through Products > Manage Products > click on the "Rejected" tab and you will find comments on the rejection.

 

I do not understand the poor quality rejection reason by ZALORA

Why does my product need to pass through Quality Control again after I updated the contents and images    

 

This is to ensure that all details and images of the product follow ZALORA's standards.

 

How long does the QC team take to review my items?    

 

3-5 business days from the last update on the product.

 

How do I know if my products are rejected?    

 

You can check the rejected tab under Products > Manage Products > click on the "Rejected" tab.

Why do my rejected products remain in the Rejected tab after so long even though I have made the relevant changes?    

 

Do take note that products being resubmitted to QC queue will be shifted out of the Rejected tab automatically. If the items are still inside the tab, it means that you have not made a successful resubmission after the amendment. You will need to re-submit them by making minor changes to the content to push it to QC again.
