Why are some of the products not eligible for promotions/vouchers?

This means that the promotion/campaign is specific to a certain category.

Why are some orders not reflected in the monthly Statement of Account?

Orders should be tagged as delivered on the cut off date. Any changes after the cut off date will reflect on the next billing statement.
